It Will Be A Disaster If We Don't Qualify From Our Group -Agyemang Badu

Ghana lost the game against South Africa with 1-0 last Monday which led to South Africa to lead the Group G of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers. A former Ghana midfielder, Agyemang Badu says it will disastrous if Ghana don't qualify from the Group G.

After the defeat of the game, Ghana went back to the second place, which pushed South Africa to the first placed with only two matches. Ethiopia and Zimbabwe follow in third and fourth respectively in the group.

In an interview with Ahomka FM, Agyamang Badu made it clear that Ghana has all the possession and qualities to qualify from the Group G.

"It will be a disaster if we don't qualify from our group because none of the countries can be compared to Ghana in terms of individual players, so we don't have any option than to qualify," he told Ahomka FM.

"The Coach of Ghana, C. K Akonnor has no link with his assistants therefore making things more difficult for him. He is not to be blamed only for the poor performance of the team" he added.

He later advised the Black Star players should put up their best and also know the difference between a national team and a club despite how bad the pitch is.
