Highly opinionated Ghanaian politician and businessman, Kennedy Agyapong has decried the poor systems in the country that has led to the rise in unemployment in the country.

Speaking on the ‘Attitude’ show on Net2 TV, Kennedy Agyapong compared the labour systems in Ghana and in the United States of America stating that students who complete university get jobs just after completion.

According to the Member of Parliament for Assin Central one of his daughters who schooled in the US finished university and had a job waiting for her few days after.

He lamented that he feels guilty about the fact that her child gets a job immediately after school but her fellow brothers and sisters in Ghana have to stay home for months and years due to lack of job. He urged Ghanaians to come together and find ways of solving this canker.

“I don’t understand that a Ghanaian completes university and would not get a job meanwhile my daughter graduated [in America] on Saturday and gets a job by Tuesday.

“I feel so guilty about this, I feel so guilty so we should come together and change the system,” he said.
