It was very thrilling today in the final stage of the European Championship between two great giants in world football Italy and England.

The game started and within 2 minutes of playtime England netted the first goal against Italy. This led which England got was from Luke Shaw who was playing the 9th position for the Three Lions of England. 


The first half of the game came to an end after 45 minutes of play and England was still leading the Azzurri’s of Italy by one goal to nil.

After some few minutes the regrew whistled for the second half of the game to began.In the second half , the Azzurri’s of Italy came in with a lot of strength. 

They played a lot of shots against their opponent the Three Lions Of England and finally on the 67 minute Leonardo Bonucci got the equalizer for the Italian side making the score 1-1. 

The game went on but unfortunately none of the teams scored again at the end of the 90 minutes. There was 6 minutes of additional time and still the game ended in a 1-1 draw. 


Because it a final match, there was the need to be an extra-time so the referee blew his whistle again for the extra time of 30 minutes (1st half 15 minutes and 2nd half 15 minutes) to begin. 

The extra time also ended up with no goal so the referee again blew his whistle so that there would be penalty shootout.

The penalty started and Dominico Berardi took the first penalty kick for the Italian side and he scored. He was followed by Harry Cane for the English side and he also scored , now the scores were 1-1 for the penalties.

Andrea Belloti followed and  took the penalty for the Italians but unfortunately he missed. Harry Maguire took the 2nd penalty for the English side and he scored making the scores 1-2. Leonardo Bonucci also took it for Italy and he scored, he was followed by Marcos Rashford of England but unfortunately he lost and now the scores became 2-2.


Federico Bernardeschi took the penalty and he scored for Italy. Jadon Sancho took the penalty for England and he also missed making the scoreline 3-2 against England. Jorginho took the penalty for Italy and he missed. The last penalty was taken by the English player Bukayo Saka and he missed making the final score from the penalties 3-2 against the Three Lions Of England. 

Now the Azzurri’s of Italy were crowned the champions of Europe.
